TRIBES

My cohort had the opportunity to participate in Tribes over the span of 3 days. We learned how to create a welcoming, nurturing and safe environment for all types of learners within our classroom. We discussed and explored each of the 4 tribes agreements (mutual respect, appreciation - no putdowns, attentive listening and right to pass) and how to ensure each is present within our classroom. I really enjoyed learning new strategies and energizers that I will be sure to implement in my final teaching block and future classroom.
